a mini album that i created recently as a keepsake gift / bragbook for my parents wedding anniversary. It just showcases the little things in life that make me smile. Life has been very kind and i'm a really lucky girl to have all these wonderful people in my life! :D

gracie has a love hate relationship with her great grandfather. She has always been more than a little afraid of him. When she was a little baby, she would cry everytime he carries her. Nevertheless, he has always been very very close to her. He is her biggest fan and looks forward to our weekly visits. Just had to do a page to remember their special bond! :D

This is my take on Gracie's ever expanding vocabulary. She's saying so much now and she constantly astounds us with her comprehension of words and meanings.

i've recently done a challenge to scrap with 13 pictures on one layout! It's a real challenge for me, who only usually uses 1 or 2 pix max on my LOs. I love how this feels though, as the memories of those fun times are really recorded in this 1 page. :D

Free - walking :
you started walking a week before your 1st birthday. once you're up and about, there was no stopping you! By the time we went to japan, you were walking likea pro! we love your joy and excitement at this new skill. you're as free to walk as much as you like! :D

dearest gracie: just a little page in remembrance of the truly wonderful time i breastfed you. it wasn't an easy journey, i was just as confused about it all as you were. but we soon got the hang of it and i looked forward to all the sessions when it was just you and me. u loved drinking milk. even now! i loved the closeness we shared then. i truly believe that it is the best way in which i can share my love of you and the most profound sense of closeness. i love you always. mommy.

I'll be posting the A-Z album that i'm compiling for Gracie's 1st year! She's growing so fast! Just looking back at her 1st year birthday pics and seeing how she has grown since then. I think this is what makes scrapbooking so meaningful, the recording of each and every growing moment. (or at least the momentous ones!)

Right now i'm at Q.... a few more to go before this book is complete! :D

As a mother, it is with mixed feelings that i look at my daughter growing up. She has quickly progressed from a newborn into a baby into a full fledged toddler. She is starting to talk and evolve into a real personality.
Like all mothers, we take pride in our little ones achievements every step of the way. I needed an outlet for me to share and record all the little things that she has been doing. Hence this obsession with Scrapbooking.
If you are like me, but don't really want to have the hassle of creating and sourcing for all the materials to create that everlasting memory book (or even books!), please drop me a line. My aim is to personalise albums for your little ones, for any occassion.
